Alpine, Utah
Bear Services drops 15 and 30 yard roll off bins on Alpine jobs from our yard in north Orem, about 12 miles away. Every load is billed on what it actually weighs.
Alpine is known for homes on big lots, from custom builds near the mountains to remodels and new landscaping on older places. We drop bins for builders, remodelers, roofers and landscapers, and for homeowners clearing out a garage or a basement. If it's debris from a jobsite or a house you're working on, it can go in one of our bins.
The yard at 581 W 1600 N in Orem is about 12 miles from Alpine. Tell dispatch the address and your start date and we'll line up the drop and the swaps.
12 ft × 7½ ft × 5½ ft, 12,000 lb limit. Handy for finish work, cleanouts, unit turnovers and tight lots.
22 ft × 7½ ft × 6 ft, 24,000 lb limit. The usual pick for framing scrap, roofing and demo.
The 15 fits most driveways and finish work. The 30 is the usual pick for new construction, roofing, demo and big cleanouts. Not sure which one you need? Call or text (801) 785-4494 with what's going in and dispatch will size it.
Delivery and removal includes the first ton. Past that, you pay the scale weight of what's in the bin, so a load of framing scrap costs less than a load of shingles. We can bill that way because every load goes to the Five Mile Pass C&D landfill, which our parent company Dunn Companies owns. You get 14 days on site before a daily fee starts.
The truck needs a straight, fairly level run of about 60 feet to set a bin and pick it up. On a steep or curved Alpine driveway, text a photo of the spot to (801) 785-4494 before the drop and dispatch will tell you where the bin can go.
A jobsite, gravel pad or driveway needs no street permit, as long as the truck has a straight, fairly level run of about 60 feet to set the bin. Alpine's code lists trash containers among the things that can't be placed on a sidewalk, park strip, gutter or the street in front of a property, and using any part of a street while you build or repair next to it takes a city permit first. Anything left on an Alpine street for 48 hours or more can be removed by police, and from December 1 to March 31 street parking is banned from midnight to 8am and any time snow is present. Before a bin goes on an Alpine street, call Alpine Engineering and Public Works at (801) 756-6347, ext. 7.
Checked against Alpine's municipal code in November 2026. See street permit rules for every city we serve.
Loading concrete, shingles or anything you're unsure about? Read what can go in a dumpster first. Working nearby? See Highland, American Fork and Lehi.

Between 7am and 7pm. Our drivers stick to those hours so jobs near homes stay quiet early in the morning and at night.
