Billed on real weight
Delivery and removal include the first ton. After that you pay the scale weight of the load, so framing scrap costs less than shingles.
We own the landfill
Loads go to the Five Mile Pass C&D landfill, run by our parent company Dunn Companies. That is why the weight billing works.
Swaps when you text
Text the main line when the bin is close to full and dispatch slots the swap. On active subdivisions we run a rotation so the crew never waits.
14 days on site
Two weeks before a daily fee starts, not seven days. Finish early and one text brings the truck.
15 and 30 yard
The 30 yard is the jobsite standard at 24,000 lbs. The 15 yard is the finish stage bin for drywall, trim, flooring and turnovers.

How fast can you swap a full bin on a jobsite?
Text the main line when it's close to full and dispatch will slot the swap. On active subdivisions we usually run a rotation so the crew never waits on a bin.
How does billing work for an ongoing account?
Each haul is billed on the actual weight of the load, with the first ton included in the delivery and removal price. Invoices come from accounting, and you can reach them directly at (801) 616-5400 with billing questions.
Can we put concrete, dirt or brick in it?
Yes, but watch the weight. Concrete and dirt hit the 12,000 or 24,000 lb limit with the bin only a few feet full, so load it part way and tell dispatch what's going in when you order. Since you're billed on real weight, a dense load isn't a surprise.
Do you serve jobsites outside Utah County?
Yes. Wasatch County and Salt Lake County are on our routes. Text the site address and we'll confirm.
