Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this site, why, who sees it, and how to opt out. Effective September 24, 2026.
What we collect
- When you ask for a quote: your company, name, phone number, email, the jobsite address or city, the type of job, the bin size, a start date, how often you need bins, and any notes you add. We also record whether you ticked the box to get texts and whether you ticked the box for email offers, with the wording you saw and the time you sent the form.
- When you leave an email for the offer code: your email address and the time you sent it.
- When you request a contractor account: your business name, your name, phone, email, what your company does, roughly how many bins a month you run, a billing contact and the areas you work in.
- When you browse: standard web server logs and, when enabled, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, which use cookies to record pages viewed, taps on the phone number and clicks from ads.
How we use it
- To quote, deliver, swap, pick up and bill the bin you asked about.
- To text you the quote and updates about your bin, only if you ticked the text box or texted us first.
- To email your offer code and, if you ticked the email box or asked for the code, the occasional email about bins and offers.
- To see whether our pages and ads are working.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that run parts of this site for us: the form service that delivers your request to our inbox, Google (analytics and ads, when enabled), and the messaging provider we use to send texts and emails. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with other advertisers.
Text messages
Texts from Bear Services are for quotes, delivery and pickup updates and the occasional offer. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end them, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Every email from us carries our Orem address and a way to stop them. Reply stop or use the unsubscribe line and you will not hear from us again.
How long we keep it
Quote and account records are kept as long as we need them for scheduling, billing, taxes and any question about a load. Consent records are kept for as long as we might text or email you, plus the time the law asks us to hold them.
Your choices
Text or call (801) 785-4494 to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop texting, though we may still need to call about an active rental.
