Residential

Residential dumpster rental

A roll-off bin in your driveway for the cleanout, the remodel or the yard project. Dropped where you need it, picked up when you say, and you only pay for the weight that's actually in it.

The bin most homeowners in Utah County end up with

Most residential jobs take our 15 yard bin. It's 12 feet long and 7½ feet wide, so it fits a standard driveway with room to open the garage, and it holds up to 12,000 lbs. Garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bathroom remodels, carpet and flooring tear-outs, fence and deck removal, and landscaping waste all fit comfortably.

When the job is bigger, the 30 yard bin is the same width, 22 feet long and six feet high, with a 24,000 lb limit. That's the one for clearing out a whole house, a full roof tear-off, or a basement finish where the framing scrap and drywall keep coming.

15 yard

12 ft × 7½ ft × 5½ ft, 12,000 lb limit. The everyday bin for cleanouts, remodels, landscaping and small builds.

30 yard

22 ft × 7½ ft × 6 ft, 24,000 lb limit. Double the capacity for construction, big demos and commercial volume.

How it works for homeowners

Text or call (801) 785-4494 with your address and roughly what you're throwing away. Dispatch will tell you which size fits and when the truck can be there. The bin goes where you want it, as long as the truck has a straight run of about 60 feet to set it down. You get 14 days before a daily rental fee starts, and if you finish early, one text brings the truck back.

You're billed on the real weight in the bin, because we own the landfill it goes to. The delivery and removal price includes the first ton; after that it's the actual scale weight, not a flat rate that assumes you filled it to the rim. A half-full bin costs less than a full one. Most companies can't offer that.

What goes in, what stays out

  • Fine: household junk, furniture, boxes, carpet, drywall, lumber, cabinets, fixtures, shingles, brick, concrete, sod, branches and yard waste.
  • Keep out: paint, oil, chemicals, batteries, tires, and fridges or freezers that still contain coolant.
  • Heavy stuff: concrete, dirt, brick and shingles reach the weight limit long before the bin looks full, so with dense material fill it only part way and tell us what it is when you book.

Not sure about an item? Text a photo and we'll tell you before it goes in.

Common questions

Questions people ask before they book

Anything not covered here, call or text (801) 785-4494 and you'll get a straight answer from someone who works here.

Which size do I need for a garage or basement cleanout?

The 15 yard handles almost every household cleanout, remodel and landscaping job. It's 12 ft long, so it fits in a normal driveway, and it holds 12,000 lbs. Go 30 yard when you're clearing a whole house, tearing off a roof, or the pile is taller than you are.

Can you put it on my driveway without damaging it?

The bins sit on rails and the truck lowers them rather than dropping them. Tell us if the driveway is new or decorative and we'll place it with care. If you'd like boards under the rails, have them ready and the driver will set the bin on them.

Do I have to be home for delivery?

No. Text us where you want it, mark the spot with a cone or a note if it matters, and the driver will set it there. The same goes for pickup: text when it's ready and it's gone.

What does a residential dumpster cost?

Your delivery and removal price includes the first ton of trash. After that you're billed on the actual weight in your bin, not a padded flat rate. Rates depend on which city you're in, so text or call (801) 785-4494 and we'll give you the number for your address.
