Santaquin, Utah
Bear Services runs 15 and 30 yard roll off bins down to Santaquin from our yard in north Orem. Every load is billed on what it actually weighs.
Santaquin keeps growing at the south end of Utah County. We drop bins for builders, framers, roofers, drywall crews and landscapers working on new homes, plus remodels and big cleanouts. If it's debris from a jobsite or a house you're working on, it can go in one of our bins.
The run from our yard at 581 W 1600 N in Orem is about 30 miles south on the freeway. Because it's a longer haul, tell dispatch about the job as early as you can so we can line up the drop and the swaps.
12 ft × 7½ ft × 5½ ft, 12,000 lb limit. Handy for finish work, cleanouts, unit turnovers and tight lots.
22 ft × 7½ ft × 6 ft, 24,000 lb limit. The usual pick for framing scrap, roofing and demo.
The 15 fits most driveways and finish work. The 30 is the usual pick for new construction, roofing, demo and big cleanouts. Not sure which one you need? Call or text (801) 785-4494 with what's going in and dispatch will size it.
Delivery and removal includes the first ton. Past that, you pay the scale weight of what's in the bin, so a load of framing scrap costs less than a load of shingles. We can bill that way because every load goes to the Five Mile Pass C&D landfill, which our parent company Dunn Companies owns. You get 14 days on site before a daily fee starts.
Building more than one home in Santaquin? Open a contractor account once and our office calls you to set up billing. After that, ordering is a call or a text, and a standing rotation means each bin gets swapped on schedule.
A jobsite, gravel pad or driveway needs no street permit, as long as the truck has a straight, fairly level run of about 60 feet to set the bin. Santaquin's code names roll off containers outright: at apartments, businesses and mixed use properties, no container can sit on a city street, right of way or sidewalk. At any property, it also bars building materials, the refuse containers that go with them, or anything else that blocks the street, gutter, park strip or sidewalk out front unless the City Council allows it. In winter, no vehicle or trailer can be left on a city street from 11pm to 7am, November 1 through March 31, or any time snow is falling or on the road. Before a bin goes on a Santaquin street, call Santaquin Public Works at (801) 754-1970.

Santaquin questions
Anything not covered here, call or text (801) 785-4494 and you'll get a straight answer from someone who works here.
Yes. Santaquin is about 30 miles south of our yard in north Orem. Tell dispatch about the job early so we can line up the drop and the swaps. Call or text (801) 785-4494.
Delivery and removal includes the first ton, and the rest is billed on the scale weight of the load instead of a flat rate. Santaquin is a longer run than Orem or Provo, so the rate reflects the drive. Send the address and dispatch will quote the Santaquin price.
Not on a jobsite or your own driveway. Santaquin's code says no roll off container at an apartment, business or mixed use property can sit on a city street, right of way or sidewalk, and at any property it bars refuse containers and building materials from the street out front without City Council permission. Call Santaquin Public Works at (801) 754-1970 before a bin goes on the street.
Yes. Tell dispatch how often the bin fills and we'll set up a standing rotation, so it gets swapped before it overflows.
Between 7am and 7pm. Our drivers stick to those hours so jobs near homes stay quiet early in the morning and at night.
