Sandy, Utah
Bear Services runs 15 and 30 yard roll off bins up to Sandy from our yard in north Orem, about 23 miles away. Every load is billed on what it actually weighs, with the first ton included.
Remodels and tear outs in established neighborhoods, new builds and infill lots, tenant improvements in retail and office space around South Towne, roofing tear offs and unit turnovers for apartment managers. If it's debris from a jobsite or a building you manage, it can go in one of our bins.
Sandy is about a 30 minute run from our yard at 581 W 1600 N in Orem. When you can, give dispatch your start date a day or two ahead and we'll plan the drop. On longer jobs, a standing swap keeps the bin from sitting full while the crew waits.
12 ft × 7½ ft × 5½ ft, 12,000 lb limit. Remodels, finish work and unit turnovers.
22 ft × 7½ ft × 6 ft, 24,000 lb limit. Framing, roofing, demo and full gut jobs.
Full dimensions are on the bin sizes page. Not sure which one you need? Call or text (801) 785-4494 and dispatch will size it.
Delivery and removal includes the first ton. After that you pay the scale weight of the load, not a flat rate, so light debris costs less than shingles or concrete. Every load goes to the Five Mile Pass C&D landfill, which our parent company Dunn Companies owns. Each bin gets 14 days on site before a daily fee starts.
If your company runs jobs around Sandy all year, open a contractor account. Our office calls to set up billing once, and every order after that is a call or a text.
A jobsite, gravel pad or private lot needs no permit, as long as the truck has a straight, fairly level run of about 60 feet to set the bin. If the bin has to sit on a public street, check with Sandy City before delivery, since most cities want a right of way permit for a container on the road.

Sandy questions
Anything not covered here, call or text (801) 785-4494 and you'll get a straight answer from someone who works here.
Yes. Our yard is at 581 W 1600 N in Orem, about 23 miles from Sandy, and Sandy is inside our service area along with Draper, Herriman and Bluffdale.
Delivery and removal includes the first ton, and the rest is billed on the scale weight of the load instead of a flat rate. Rates depend on the city, so call or text (801) 785-4494 with the jobsite address for the Sandy price.
Most remodels fit the 15 yard. Full gut jobs, roofing and framing usually need the 30. Tell dispatch what's going in and they'll size it.
Not on a jobsite or private property. If the bin has to go on a city street, check with Sandy City first, since a right of way permit is normally required for a container on the road.
