15 yard
12 ft × 7½ ft × 5½ ft, 12,000 lb limit. Handy for finish work, cleanouts, unit turnovers and tight lots.
Lindon, Utah
Our yard in north Orem is a few minutes from Lindon, so Lindon jobs are some of the quickest drops and swaps we make. 15 and 30 yard roll off bins, billed on what each load actually weighs.
From homes on bigger lots to the shops, offices and warehouses near State Street and the freeway, we drop bins for builders, remodelers, roofers, landscapers and businesses doing cleanouts and tenant improvements. If it's debris from a jobsite or a building you run, it can go in one of our bins.
The yard at 581 W 1600 N in Orem is about 3 miles from Lindon, so we can usually get a bin to a Lindon job fast and swap it when your crew texts.
12 ft × 7½ ft × 5½ ft, 12,000 lb limit. Handy for finish work, cleanouts, unit turnovers and tight lots.
22 ft × 7½ ft × 6 ft, 24,000 lb limit. The usual pick for framing scrap, roofing and demo.
The 15 fits a driveway or a loading area. The 30 is the usual pick for new construction, roofing, demo and big cleanouts. Not sure which one you need? Call or text (801) 785-4494 with what's going in and dispatch will size it.
Delivery and removal includes the first ton. Past that, you pay the scale weight of what's in the bin, so a load of framing scrap costs less than a load of shingles. We can bill that way because every load goes to the Five Mile Pass C&D landfill, which our parent company Dunn Companies owns. You get 14 days on site before a daily fee starts.
Running more than one Lindon job, or running a business that fills a bin every week? Open a contractor account once and our office calls you to set up billing. After that, ordering is a call or a text, and a standing rotation means the bin gets swapped on schedule without anyone having to remember.
A jobsite, gravel pad or driveway needs no street permit, as long as the truck has a straight, fairly level run of about 60 feet to set the bin. For the street, Lindon's code doesn't allow anything that blocks a sidewalk without the city's permission, and from November 1 to March 15 nothing can sit on a city street once snow has piled up, for 48 hours after the storm. The city can have it removed at the owner's cost. Call Lindon Public Works at (801) 796-7954 before the bin goes on the street.
Loading concrete, shingles or anything you're unsure about? Read what can go in a dumpster first. Working next door? See Orem, Pleasant Grove and American Fork.

Delivery and removal includes the first ton, and the rest is billed on the scale weight of the load instead of a flat rate. Rates depend on the city, so send the address and dispatch will quote the Lindon price.
Yes. Tell dispatch how often the bin fills and we'll set up a standing rotation, so it gets swapped before it overflows.
Not on a jobsite or your own driveway. For a public street, check with Lindon Public Works at (801) 796-7954 first. In winter, Lindon doesn't allow objects on city streets after a snowfall, so a driveway is the safer spot.
Between 7am and 7pm. Our drivers stick to those hours so jobs near homes stay quiet early in the morning and at night.
