15 yard
12 ft × 7½ ft × 5½ ft, 12,000 lb limit. Handy for finish work, cleanouts, unit turnovers and tight lots.
Heber City, Utah
Bear Services runs Heber Valley jobs up Provo Canyon from our yard in north Orem. 15 and 30 yard roll off bins for builders, remodelers and businesses, billed on what each load actually weighs.
The Heber Valley keeps building, from new homes around Heber City and Midway to cabins and big lots up toward the Jordanelle. We drop bins for builders, remodelers, roofers, landscapers and businesses doing cleanouts. If it's debris from a jobsite or a building you manage, it can go in one of our bins.
The run from our yard at 581 W 1600 N in Orem is about 30 miles up Provo Canyon, roughly 45 minutes. Because it's a longer haul, tell dispatch about the job as early as you can so we can line up the drop and the swaps.
12 ft × 7½ ft × 5½ ft, 12,000 lb limit. Handy for finish work, cleanouts, unit turnovers and tight lots.
22 ft × 7½ ft × 6 ft, 24,000 lb limit. The usual pick for framing scrap, roofing and demo.
The 15 fits most driveways and finish work. The 30 is the usual pick for new construction, roofing, demo and big cleanouts. Not sure which one you need? Call or text (801) 785-4494 with what's going in and dispatch will size it.
Delivery and removal includes the first ton. Past that, you pay the scale weight of what's in the bin, so a load of framing scrap costs less than a load of shingles. You get 14 days on site before a daily fee starts.
Heber gets real snow. Through the winter, plan on the bin sitting on the jobsite or in a driveway so the plows can clear the road, and keep a straight, open path for the truck to set it and pick it up.
A jobsite, gravel pad or driveway needs no street permit, as long as the truck has a straight, fairly level run of about 60 feet to set the bin. Heber City is specific about streets: in residential zones, a dumpster on a public street needs a Special Parking Permit from the Heber City Police Department. It's meant for temporary jobs and generally runs seven days at most, and the bin can't block traffic or sightlines and needs proper traffic signs. Call the Police Department at (435) 654-3040 before delivery. Outside city limits, Wasatch County wants construction bins kept on the lot instead of the road, so check with Wasatch County Engineering at (435) 657-3305.
Loading concrete, shingles or anything you're unsure about? Read what can go in a dumpster first. Working down the canyon? See Orem and Provo.

Yes. We run Heber jobs up Provo Canyon from our yard in Orem. Send the address and dispatch will confirm the drop and give you the earliest open slot.
Delivery and removal includes the first ton, and the rest is billed on the scale weight of the load instead of a flat rate. Heber is a longer run than Orem or Provo, so send the address and dispatch will quote the Heber price.
Yes, as long as it sits on the jobsite or in a driveway where the truck can reach it. Keeping it off the street lets the plows clear the road.
Not on a jobsite or your own driveway. In Heber City's residential areas a dumpster on the street needs a Special Parking Permit from the Police Department, (435) 654-3040, usually for seven days at most. Outside city limits, Wasatch County wants construction bins kept on the lot.
Between 7am and 7pm. Our drivers stick to those hours so jobs near homes stay quiet early in the morning and at night.
