12 ft × 7½ ft × 5½ ft, 12,000 lb limit. Finish work, remodels and smaller lots.
Draper, Utah
Draper sits just over the Point of the Mountain from our yard in north Orem, about 21 miles away. We drop 15 and 30 yard roll off bins on Draper jobsites and bill every load on its real weight.
New homes and custom builds on the east bench and up in SunCrest, commercial and office construction near the Point, remodels, roofing tear offs, landscaping and site cleanup. If your crew makes it, a bin can take it.
Sloped lots and new subdivision streets can be tight. The truck needs a straight, fairly level run of about 60 feet to set the bin, so if the spot you want is steep or blocked, tell dispatch and we'll find the best flat place for it.
12 ft × 7½ ft × 5½ ft, 12,000 lb limit. Finish work, remodels and smaller lots.
22 ft × 7½ ft × 6 ft, 24,000 lb limit. New construction, roofing and demo.
See the bin sizes page for full dimensions, or call or text (801) 785-4494 with what's going in.
The delivery and removal price includes the first ton. Past that, you pay the scale weight of what's in the bin, because every load goes to the Five Mile Pass C&D landfill our parent company Dunn Companies owns. You get 14 days on site before a daily fee kicks in, and a call or text brings the truck back for a swap.
Building more than one lot? Open a contractor account and send the plat. Dispatch will work out a rotation with your super, and our office calls once to set up billing.
A jobsite, gravel pad or private lot needs no permit, as long as the truck has a straight, fairly level run of about 60 feet to set the bin. If the bin has to sit on a public street, check with Draper City before delivery, since most cities want a right of way permit for a container on the road.
Before you load concrete or dirt, see what can go in a dumpster.
Draper questions
Anything not covered here, call or text (801) 785-4494 and you'll get a straight answer from someone who works here.
About 21 miles. Our yard is at 581 W 1600 N in Orem, roughly 25 minutes from Draper over the Point of the Mountain.
It needs a straight, fairly level run of about 60 feet. If the lot is steep, tell dispatch and we'll pick a flat spot nearby, like the driveway apron, or the street if you have a permit.
Delivery and removal includes the first ton, and the rest is billed on the scale weight of the load instead of a flat rate. Rates depend on the city, so call or text (801) 785-4494 with the jobsite address for the Draper price.
Not on a jobsite or private property. If the bin has to go on a city street, check with Draper City first, since a right of way permit is normally required for a container on the road.
